Labia Minora Fusion

I am a General Practitioner in the U.K and I have a case where the Labia
Minora have become congenitally fused although the is still a midline
depression so upon initial examination at birth I think this may have
been missed ( I did not perform the initial exam).
I will be referring on for a specialist opinion but I would be grateful
if anyone has any information out of interest as I have not come across
this before. It is notable that the fusion is not complete at the
urethral opening.
