I have a G1P0 @16wks gestational age that came in with a fetal demise measuring 12wks. I think I can get it out with a 12mm curved canula since it is probably beginning to decompose, but the dilatation is usually pretty traumatic. I don't think this young lady would like laminaria either. Thanks for the advice.
