Me Three - Agree!

I was about to post why would you use an insulin sensitizing drug when there isn't insulin resistence? But Jay & Betsy beat me to it.

Yesterday did a challenging VH/BSO. She really wanted it to be vaginal ... so I persevered and did it. 345gm uterus - (took out at least 8 fibroids before I could get it out) managed to do it vaginally and then take out the ovaries. She is doing great EBL was 150. She was consented for me to go abdominal if needed - glad I didn't have to. The second case that afternoon was also a fibroid uterus - just not as big as the one mentioned.

Glad I could do it for these women!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
