Here is a new one

My patient with Sheehan syndrome, who’s approximately 20 weeks pregnant, has noted a worsening odor from the axilla. She states that numerous showers did not decrease the odor, nor will deodorant, nor will antiperspirant. She states that she had the same odor at the time of her first delivery. She developed Sheehan’s syndrome secondary to postpartum hemorrhage. Her pregnancy was also complicated by preeclampsia.

Any obvious comments, recommendations, pearls?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
