Garry, absolutely no opinion or knowledge about your question, but I personally just started on allergy drops through Allergy Associates of LaCrosse WI who claim amazing success with food allergies. I just have the nasal environmental kind which weren't helped that much by 3 years of shots. We'll see about the drop approach.

UW Madison's alumni mag had an article about how they controlled severe food allergies in several staff members--one professor could eat almost nothing without severe tongue swelling before he started with them.

I know there are at least a few other US groups using this approach. Gail Waldby, MD Huron Clinic SD

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
