We would have the probe for the sperm generated and then biopsy the embryos. Sperm separation is not yet feasible. We have a couple with a similar history or recurrent loss and a translocation who will be choosing IVF and embryo PGD. To generate specific probes costs and screen adds about $3k to the cost of IVF.
