45 yo G0 with AGCUS on pap. LEEP shows "signet ring cells". patient is heavy smoker/drinker whose last pap was over ten years ago. is this more likely to be a metastatic lesion or a primary gyn malignancy? just got the path report tonight and am planning on breast, GI, and lung workup post haste. any other suggestions? thanks.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
