Dan, I don't think C section scar endometriosis is related to pelvic endometriosis. I think the C section endometriosis is implanted directly during the surgery. I don't think it implies a predisposition to the more usual endometriosis. The few I have seen I have just resected and have been able to close them without mesh. Gail Waldby, MD Huron Clinic SD
