Respecto a la gestatne de 22-23semanas con Adenoca de vías biliares, el quimioterápico a usar es la Gemcitabina a dosis de 1g/m2. Los Oncólogos la eligieron por el tipo de Cáncer y el poco efecto teratogénico. Sin embargo tiene efectos, como es de esperarse, maternotóxicos, fetotóxicos y teratogénicos. Quisiera conocer de vuestras experiencias en estos casos. Gracias. Sobretodo en los resultados con el feto.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
