A pedunculated fibroid can be removed by any method without concern for weakening the uterine wall. Laparoscopy requires morcellation for specimen removal.

Fertility is unrelated to this fibroid, but her age may be a cause for inadequate ovarian reserve. She would benefit from myomectomy and a clomid challenge test.

Nobody except a midwife cares about of mode delivery.
