42 year old P0, desires fertility, seen for preconceptual counselling.
hysterosaplinogram, US and MRI all demonstrate large right posterior
fibroid (round)8.5 cm avg dimensions, completely filling retrouterine
space in pelvis with a broad attachment in myometrium (subsersosal).
1) is laproscopic surgery possible
(2) which procedure is best for (a) maintaining fertility
(b) vaginal birth
MRI images on CD ROM, with assistance I can post them-please post off-list
