I want to know if a patient with recurrent miscarriage and antiphospholipid syndrome can be offered treatment in the interpregnancy interval or do we only start therapy after confirming pregnancy?If she is decected to have positive titres of ACL or LA can we treat her before the next pregnancy. Are there any published cases?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
