46 year female who underwent nonprolapse vaginal hysterectomy 17 days back is readmitted with vaginal bout of bleedin about 200 cc.Indication for VH was DUB ,failure of medical line of treatment.Patient was severely anemic which was corrected preopearatively.Duration of surgery was 45 min n blodd loss about 350 cc.Patient received 2 blood transfusions postopearatively.Patient did have spotting in postop period ,but otherwise she recovered well n was discharged on 6 th post op day.Today pulse is 84bpm n B.P. 104/70 which is her normal range.Vault exam failed to reveal any active trickle.Currently managed conservatively with adrenal packing n Inj.Ethamsylate.Any thing else new we can do?Comments are welcome.
