I'm talking the patient who is definitely eu-estrogenic with ERT but who has gone on to research extensively by talking to friends, etc. as well as scouring the internet for alternatives to estrogen. She tried the natural progesterone cream pushed by John Lee M.D. and his minions but - surprise! - this by itself wasn't the perfect solution. She (age 42) complains of difficulty concentrating, memory problems, as well as libido and other problems. Yes, I have tried Estratest in both dosages. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
