Sorry, didn't read your message close enough....that would be a partial colpectomy at this point. One could also do a bilateral uterosacral ligament fixation/plication of the vault apex with partial colpectomy and fix the enterocele/cystocele concurrently but her performance status would be key here. Partial colpocleisis and TVT under spinal and you expose her to less than an hour in the OR....at 87 thats a good thing. Your choice. good luck again, Michael

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
