Re: I've never seen a prolapse this bad.From: Brian Hackman (brianhackman@easynet.co.uk)Tue Apr 30 15:42:04 2002
LeFort can't fall out? Don't you believe it. Excise the vagina and repair leaving only a diaphragm of vagina. The worst procidentia I have ever seen was in a lady with varicose ulcers on her ankles. She had not been able to sit down for years. The uterus reached almost to her knees. And it was not that long ago. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
