Second look laparotomy is not going to influent the management
for this patient. It will be surprised that a patient who refused
Oncologist referral and chemotherapy give us the consent for the
laparotomy.
Besides, MRI/Ct scan of abdomen is sentive enough to pick up any
evidence of recurrent.
