No, the implication was the solo practioner at a Level 0 facility should not have to deliver these.

Actually I disagree. He has admitted her for 2.5 weeks, she is apparently happy with that, so why not wait until she goes into labor? Twin pregnancies usually go into labor before the time. If at all :-)-O

Though I am not, at all, against a vgainal bypass in multiple gestation.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
