>...some nonsense... Great difference searching with Google (or Fast or Teoma or WiseNut) and Medline. Medline takes a greater effort and understanding and the hits are not always easy to translate to lay language. "Current Contents - 3 months" is still not for free (I think?). What I mean is that the savvy amateure is still at a loss scientifically when she provokes her gynecologist with the latest pseudo-scientific "truth". What really counts, of course, is the stamina and general skill or the gyn.
> My point is if I could do this so can any patient. I've been thinking about this since I first enjoyed the power of the net in the1980's. It's called self-determination and democracy. Long live the properly informed patient! Mats Bergstrom, MD Ob Gyn South Hospital Stockholm

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
