ADV: eNATAL Enterprise - Custom Electronic Prenatal RecordFrom: Dr Don Miller (DrMiller@eNATAL.com)Fri Apr 19 07:40:02 2002
eNATAL(SM), the premier Internet-based prenatal care system, is now available for licensing to enlightened enterprises whether they are single hospitals, integrated health delivery networks, or government agencies. eNATAL Enterprise can completely solve, for the entire community or organization, the problem of disparate, missing, or illegible prenatal records whether at the office or in L&D. eNATAL Enterprise can also assist the clinicians in the community to systematically deliver the care that *they* intend for every patient. Advantages of eNATAL Enterprise: ·Can be the first step towards creating a common prenatal record for all providers in the enterprise. ·Clinical data resides locally and is readily available for statistical reporting and evidence-based research. ·The eNATAL prenatal record can be modified by the enterprise to match its own "ideal" prenatal record or to match that of any other pre-existing prenatal record, and can be changed at any time. ·The eNATAL clinical decision support engine that identifies patient risks/problems and creates both patient and risk-specific care plans with automated reminders can be fine-tuned to the specifications of the enterprise. ·Can save the enterprise most of the expense to comply with the HIPAA privacy regulations regarding prenatal records because eNATAL puts the enterprise in immediate compliance (until, of course, the eNATAL record is printed). ·Can be privately "branded", marketed, and sold as a service to loosely or non-affiliated providers in the enterprise. ·Can be integrated into existing enterprise web-based initiatives (e.g. medical records, physician services). ·The enterprise may be able to negotiate significant discounts from its malpractice insurance carrier upon the implementation of an automated system that identifies and stratifies patients by risk, enacts a specific care plan for each patient with care reminders, enables access to the prenatal record 24x7, and produces a defensible, legible prenatal record that documents the entire care process. ·And finally, eNATAL is a clinically-tested solution that is available NOW, can be installed within a week, and would be completely operational minutes later. For more information about eNATAL Enterprise, please visit http://www.eNATAL.com under Pricing or contact me at DrMiller@eNATAL.com. Thank you. Donald W. Miller, Jr., MD, FACOG Founder & Chief Architect eNATAL,LLC P.S. eNATAL subscriptions are still available for solo practitioners and small group practices.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
