All this thread sounds like another one we had with some members of a "home-delivery, natural delivery, sitting position delivery" association on our list in France. The questions of these women are quite similar to those of PELLIS45@aol.com.. This puzzles me. Are the questions very similar all around the world or is it an organized strategy?

So, let me get this straight..........you augment with pit when the woman is in "active labor". If she's in "active labor", why the need for augmentation ? Just to speed up the labor ?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
