Pit as induction or augmentation ? What would you say is your induction rate aside from augmentation ? What is your policy on VBACs ? I should preface that with the info that I have had four VBACs after 40, the last a homebirth. All babies were macrasomic........might I also ask if cytotec is part of your induction procedures ? Your section rate is most impressive !
