Dear OBGYN.net Doctors,

We have an interesting survey on OBGYN.net where you can add your voice about the treatments of menorrhagia to those of your colleagues. Please note that at this time we are limiting the survey to US physicians.

The options available for the treatment of menorrhagia are increasing, especially in the area of endometrial ablation, and now include cryotherapy,RF ablation, thermal balloon, circulating saline, microwave and laser. MedMarket Diligence, an independent medical technology market research firm, is collecting data from practicing U.S. gynecologists regarding their current practice in the management of menorrhagia as well as their observations and preferences regarding the new endometrial ablation systems.

This data will be analyzed to reveal for instrumentation manufacturers the perspectives of gynecologists toward the new systems. Please take a moment to fill out this survey, which should take only 10-15 minutes to complete. Not only will it get your opinions heard by manufacturers, but if your survey is among the first 100 completed, you'll be entered into a drawing to receive a Palm i705 handheld, which retails for over $400.

Click here to go directly to the survey page: http://apps.obgyn.net/medmarket/dub1.cfm

We appreciate you participation in this project. Besides helping manufactures hear what doctors want to better meet your needs, you are also helping support the continued good work of OBGYN.net.

Thank you for your support and assistance in this matter, Roberta

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
