Woman to Woman has produced a series of videos for women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Their mission is to get these videos into the hands of women who need them.

There is no charge for the videos, as they don't want lack of funds to prevent libraries, medical offices, cancer support groups, wellness centers? from acquiring the tapes. However, they are a not-for-profit organization, dependent on grants and donations, so if you could pay for the tapes ($23 for 1, $45 for 2, $65 for 3) or just cover the shipping ($3.00 per tape) - contributions will go into production and distribution of this video series

Since the quantity of tapes is limited, they want to make sure they end up with medical professionals that really want them. If you would like to add any of the tapes in the series: Initial Discovery and Diagnosis of Breast Cancer, Family Support, and Intimacy to your patient video collection - call toll free 877.859.6626 or e-mail Mimi Dow at MCDBUF@aol.com

The next three videos - Chemotherapy, Surgical Choices and Young Women and Breast Cancer will be ready for distribution in the next few months. You can read the many favorable reviews from the medical community and learn more about the videos at the W2W Web site http://www.womantowomanvideos.org. Thank you, Roslyn Romanowski, M.D.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
