I have to disagree with this, Dan. Healthy foods are only more expensive if you buy them pre-cooked. If you actually cook them, the healthy foods are extremely cheap. Rice, beans, vegetables, seasonal fruits, pasta, and small portions of poultry, eggs, fish, and meat. All very inexpensive foods if you shop properly and cook them yourself. And, at least here in California, healthier ethnic alternatives to fast food restaurants are often available for very low prices right across the street from the big name chains.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
