Re: BV, metronidazole allergy, no insuranceFrom: ginny lee, CNM (kaupilimakoa@hotmail.com)Tue Mar 19 06:37:12 2002
I've seen versions of this "syndrome" for as long as I can remember including the patients whose family/friends bring huge baskets/flowers/clothing etc to the new mother, who can't "afford" a carseat and expect the hospital to provide one, to the public health patients I used to visit who managed to have a TV,VCR but no phone or ability to transport themselves to their appointments, to the patients on welfare who ask about infertility treatment. Frustrating to deal with especially if you are an individual who has worked hard and long, whether it be for financial gain or getting in shape or whatever.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
