The yogurt that is available in this country is PASTEURIZED and most certainly is of no benefit in this type of a problem.

Not a good idea, Joe. There's unlikely to be any change with either Doxycycline or Augmentin, and you run the risk of candidal overgrowth. To me the most sensible suggestion was the yoghurt one, but don't ask me dose, method of administration or length of course! stray
