Your pleas will fall on the deaf ears of policemen, firemen, and teachers. -- Insightful, to the heart of truth. It beholds macroeconomics; we suffer, and will suffer more in the unwinding of extreme debt on a global basis. Deflation now, with suffering, only to be followed by the consumptive ogre of inflation. There is no financial advisor that has more resolute interest in your well being than you. Reduce debt, reduce spending, increase savings in lowest risk instruments. It was Mark Twain who alluded to the goal of return of capital as being more precious than return on capial. I think gold, energy and food. Not advice; simply a statement. ZBN

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
