BUT in England the judge first gets to decide if there were damages before letting case go forward.In great USA everyone has their day in court regardless of actual damages or not.This has corrupted the insurance industry.ALSO to be an expert witness you must belong to Academy of Expert Witnesses. ie no junk science allowed.Thanks Malcolm.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
