You are surely not suggesting that, after all the work and research into diabetes in pregnancy showing that oral antihyperglycamics are contra-indicated, you still want to try metformin? Come on, this is the third millenium. You cannot use islet cell stimulators after the 26th week. The paper showing good outcomes with glyburide has yet to be confirmed. stray
