epiduralsFrom: Weir126@aol.comThu Mar 7 22:15:34 2002
I had an epidural 2 weeks ago, while delivering a healthy baby. Since that day I've been having terrible headaches. They are continuous and don't go away. I've tried Motrin, Excedrin, basically everything. Is this a common side effect? Is there a prescription I can ask my Ob-Gyn MD for. (I'm nursing my baby) Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you, from the head-pounding new mother in Buffalo, NY

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
