What I want to know is when did WE become the bad guys? I remember the names of my elementary school teachers and my pediatricians, in fact all physicians who treated me throughout my years? Why, because they were good, helpful individuals who cared about my well-being. I don't know the names of CEOs, CFOs (except at ENRON), Medicaid administrators nor D.A.s. I think most people have similar recollections, as well. So why have we become to society malevolent reprobates like Mr. Hyde or economic punching bags?

chilling - especially the prosecution's failure to notify the defense counsel re: testimony helpful to the defense. are there any other reasons NOT to practice medicine?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
