Robert: we have never had any real "tort" reform in this country due to fact that legislative bodies are controlled by lawyers.How about the loser paying the bill, how about a judge deciding if case has merit,how about expert witnesses who will be punished for lying and junk science?How about a legal profession(?) with some moral fortitude? Hey Robert, its all about money ,relax.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
