Up to now - but what if she sees you at your office (38 weeks) - with contractions - 4-5 cms - send her to the hospital - by the time she gets there (30-45 minutes) she is almost FD - EFW - 7 1/2 - (by all accounts) she asks you what to do? - Do you still *advice* her a C/S? > >PS. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
