She will be back later today to start IOL. The uterus is 23 weeks size. We plan to use cytotec. The obstetrician I work with has left the dosage and route of administration up to me. In the past I've used 100 mcg vaginally q 6 hrs., but I've spoken to others who have had just as good results with p.o. cytotec. Any recommendations?
