In the field of "recognized rabble rousers", Emily's List (a political group that supports democrats and women candidates) is having their annual conference in D.C. in June. Possible source of support and/or publicity.

You need input from 2 of 3 sources - organized labor, recognized rabble rousers - eg Al Sharpton, and Main Stream Media eg John Stossel who in the past has done pieces sympathetic to medicine ( "Junk Science" comes to mind.)

Roberta? a little help with the media?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
