Well, Medscape underwent "reorganization" and was bought out and went public and yada, yada, yada. So I'm thinking they are pretty well "establishment," meaning not a lot of "chat" opportunities to spread the word. I would think other avenues would be more rewarding.

One thought: Release a NEWS item in AMANews... Catch one of the reporters and give them a "story" about the proposition... THAT might work well.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
