Zach -

whenever i read one of your posts - i'm reminded of a comedy bit from days of yore in which Gary Cooper was called upon to translate then President Eisenhower's answers at a press conference. After one of the President's seemingly endless stream of consciousness responses, the laconic actor summed up - "Ike says - Yup!"

i waive the right to consecutive interpretation but we loves ya anyway, Zach.

Today, most of those seen in private preactice would buy a home pregnancy at some point. Whether +/-, there exists the need, in many/most to close the loop of uncetainty. There is a reasonable need for such to have access to her source of care, if requested, prior to the remoteness and psychic state of abeyance of a deferred encounter "ages" away from point of recognition.

Glibness by provider does not fulfill the needs of those we provide for. Cost justification? Fulfillment of a needed service.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
