Find a Gyn onc who will do laparoscopic lymphadenectomy, it can be done in a week or two after your surgery. However, you need someone who is comfortable going all the way to the renal arteries. What part of CA do you practice in? If you are in Northern CA, consider Nick Spirtos at the Women's Cancer Center,in Los Gatos. He is a pioneer in this surgery and exceptionally helpful with these patients. If you want his address, #, etc., email me privately.
