Just what central Asia needs at this time. While we may find that smart bombs bought what appears to be a sense of stability, in the long run, money invested in family planning will have a much bigger payoff.

During a visit with JHPIEGO to southern Uzbekistan a few years ago, I learned that although for many abortion was the only family planning option, for others, selling their children into the sex slavery business was a very profitable alternative.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
