Well, Art, ours is going up to $.50 CDN (which is probably cheaper, I guess, if you do the math). However, we up here in the great white north have had jokes reviling our postal service for eons. Usually along the line of "50 cents for a stamp -- that's 5 cents for delivering the letter and 45 cents for storing it :-)"

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
