don't think so - 1st class mail goin to $.37 per - already more than $1.00 for 3 letters. today we have service - costs you a few dollars - gets your mail expedited to the proper recipient - they call it express mail. funny when i was a kid - we had service that cost a few cents - got your mail expedited to the proper recipient - they called it US mail.
