Email etiquette requires that you do not type your message all in capitals. No 3. Think about it - how is artificial insemination going to get past tubal ligation? If you can't get pregnant by normal intercourse then artificial insemination can't get you pregnant either. No 4. If you can't afford to see a doctor to ask these questions how can you hope to afford to bring up another child? No 5. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
