Polyhydramnios

Sometimes one is taken aback by certain responses. This lady in her message said that she was a DOCTOR herself and had presented a problem to the list and actually had requested opinions. She was just unfortunate that she herself happened to be the one who suffered. What would you have done if she presented this case as just another case? She is a doctor, so she surely could post to the list. I think she just did not realise that certain unhelpful responses will be coming through. She asked for contributions - you could not make any. As for contributions on the list - we are certainly not so short of memories to forget exchanges between some of the contributors, most of which were entirely personal. What is wrong in trying to help out a fellow doctor (also, I am not her physician, I do not even know her outside the list)? Also, she did say that as my private e-mail address was not working she posted to the list. Finally, you do have a Del button on your keyboard, please use it more frequently if you are so easily annoyed by responses.

>Dr Singh, >with all due respect, this is list for professionals only, akin to discussing slides within your field of expertise. This is not for solving personal problems, however serious they may be.

>Sending LONG messages addressed to one individual via the list is even worse.

>AND nogal in MIME format?!?!

>Please consult your physician or Dr Rupak personally.

>DO NOT post to this list again, unless you have something to contribute, PLEASE.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
