How do you know that they are chocolate cysts? Not that it matters really, because if any cysts are symptomatic surgery is the next step, and if multiloculated she needs a laparotomy anyway. There's no way you can be sure if she is going to have "a gross adhesion" until you open her. But if she does then you just have to deal with it by careful dissection. What is CT going to tell you that you don't already know or should know from a pelvic ultrasound either abdominal or transvaginal? stray
