Reread the path, send ovarian tumor markers, whole body MRI and schedule laparoscopy w/possible staging procedure.

I recall a case where I found bilateral herniation of the fallopian tubes through the posterior aspect of the broad ligaments into the inguinal canal. No carcinoma, however.
