Days 2,4,6,8 - Inj Calcium Folinate 15mg iv shot push with 50ml of 5% dextrose. The pulse (regime) to be repeated 3 to 5 times at an interval of 1 to 2 weeks depending upon level of serum hcg, hematocrit values etc. Inj Methotrexate available in 50mg / 2ml vials Inj Calcium Folinate available in diff doses including 15mg / 2ml amps' 'Hope this'll help. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
