Given the case, I would like to follow this regime:

Days 1,3,5,7- Inj Methotrexate 25 mg iv (with one unit of 5% dextrose drip). Days 2,4,6,8 - Inj Calcium Folinate 15mg iv shot push with 50ml of 5% dextrose.

The pulse (regime) to be repeated 3 to 5 times at an interval of 1 to 2 weeks depending upon level of serum hcg, hematocrit values etc.

Inj Methotrexate available in 50mg / 2ml vials Inj Calcium Folinate available in diff doses including 15mg / 2ml amps'

'Hope this'll help.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
