Induction? NO Spontaneous labour and vaginal delivery before 6 weeks (from death)? Maybe. But, if so, she needs careful monitoring and easy availability of a C/S stat. After 6 weeks, if no labour then elective C/S. Perhaps it's time to talk about sterilisation? stray
