2 previous c-sections , IUFD

Hi everyone , I need your avice in this , A 28 years old lady G3P2+0L0 , 32 weeks gestation , Hx of 2 previoue hydrocephalic fetuses both ended as c- sections and both died , This pregnancy hydrocephalic fetus ,IUFD and breech ,the BPD is 6.8 cm . the fetus is hydropic , the last fetal movement was felt 3 weeks ago. any place for vaginal delivery or induction of labour ?????? , the patient is refusing c- section .
